welcome drinks room upgrade

The location was convenient. i had very easy access to local attractions. the staff showed great care and met my needs. the shower's hot water pressure was strong. I appreciated this detail.
My room had minimal lighting. the windows lacked scenic views. corridors had unpleasant smells. the breakfast wasn't a buffet. I needed time to wait for preparation.
